Merger- Armail and Vicious (in Public Record)

Vicious, merging with Aramil. Neither of us is sure how this works, but I have been told that he is suppose to send me all his money and transfer his characters, so he is going to do so, and we will wait for an admin to close his old account.

It seems the current policy does not allow mergers.
