Clans and BM (in General)

"Participating in a Clan is one way to qualify to vote in the Black Market." is states under the Standard clans. I am curious if it applies to economic clans as well. As a supporter, I have no means of testing this. If it does apply to economic clans, I think the point should be added under economic clans as well (or just be added under the chart). If it does not, the statement should be re-written, "Participating in a standard Clan is one way to qualify to vote in the Black Market."

that's why it's only listed under Standard, but I modified it to be more clear.

Then I'd also change the BM page to specify standard clans.
