Has it been explained somewhere how economic clans work? I see the benefits they get in the join clans page, but i can't find info on how the revenue is measured or anything else, really.

Economic clans have no transfer costs between members. I assume that might be useful for a forge company. You forge a bit. You're out of BA and transfer the item to me. I forge a bit. And so forth and so forth... I guess they also get a forge bonus. But that's just speculation.

Hmmm, I read your message again and see that I haven't answered your question. I guess revenue is measured by the amount you forged in the last 24 hours.

Since no forge bonus is mentioned on the join clan or create clan pages, i doubt that there is one. The question still stands.
Here's another:
What is the bonus for being in a top 5 economic clan?

i guess this is all there is:
10% of normal fees for loans to members of the same clan
50% of normal fees for permanent transfers to members of the same clan
80% of normal fees for transfers (loans or permanent) to everyone else
One week waiting period before discounts apply
so no bonus for being up with the best.

Heh. I might have started (made up) the forge bonus rumor in chat.
It would rock though. Let's make it a FORS if it's not an actual feature =)

the only bonus to being in a good eclan vs a sucky one is people will be more likely to take business to you.
