Will the ToJ ever triple hit? like if my ToJ has 100K dx and i fought some1 with 2K dx, would he triple hit in that sense with the DX gap?

I'd assume no, not from DX, that's only 2 hits.
But if UC is the number in the ( ) as x and + of the weapon you could get it from UC level.
I thought a high enough dex gap allowed triple hits?
And there's no limit to pth extra hits is there?

nope, most hits you can get from dx is 2, and it will never reach 2 _guaranteed_.
no limit on pth hits.
