Why is it cb1 is cache flushing right now, and cb2 is not? and if not now for (cb2) then when does it happen? current server time is 5:04am :d

I believe the CB2 cache flush happens 1 hour earlier than the CB1 cache flush.
As for the reason. heh, why not ?

Because while one is cache flushing you can use your BA for the other?

yes, cb2 is flush is at 4 AM.
