Retired charaters not removed from fight list (in General)

When I go to fight someone who has been retired it says

Sorry -- Lortor was retired after your opponents list was loaded. You're not allowed to fight retired Characters; CB has refreshed your opponents list accordingly. Please select another opponent.

But my opponent list never gets refreshed i even tried manually refreshing but he's still there. It's nothing major but just thought someone should know
