It's hard to tell sometimes whether you've received a personal chatmail or a clan chatmail..can it tell us what kind of chatmail it is?

This has been asked previously and Jon has no plans on coding a way to tell you. The best way is to instruct your clan to put "To All:" if they send out a clan message.
