Warchild//Picasso loan (in Public Record)

Terms:
1) Loan will consist of amount loaned (500k) as well as transfer fees to Picasso
2) Interest is 15% of the total to be added upon receipt of loan amount and every 7th day there after
3) If loan is extended (ie more money sent) the amount of the new money plus transfer fees and 15% will be added to the amount owed at that point (normal interest time will not be affected)
4) All payments must be recorded here or will be considered a 'gift'

Money will be sent after Picasso agrees to the terms above
