Does anyone knows what this is all about? I get that page whenever i try to go to google.ca

They are talking about my DNS not being set correctly, here is what they tell me to do (winXP highspeed with static IP):
*skipping the useless*
IP Address <provided>*
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway <provided>

Place a Dot Beside Use the following DNS server Addresses:

Preferred DNS 142.165.21.5
Alternate DNS 142.165.200.5

* <provided> - These settings have been provided to you by SaskTel

Now Press OK and OK again to save your changes

My settings were as they ask me to do, exepted the last, i tried to change it and internet doesn't work anymore... So what i wanna know is if anyone knows that or already got this page too? I tried it on FireFox and Internet Explorer.

Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0

Highly unlikely for a Static Public IP

Well, i don't know a lot much... When i got my router i setted everything up according to a site my friend suggested me to. I know my settings are correct cuz if i change them to what they tell me to do, my internet does not work at all. It works correctly on both computers i have at home, setted exactly the same (changind the Static IP of course) that's all.

Anyone has info on that website? I made a search and didn't get anything really interestant (remember i can't get on google lol)

Something similar happened to me when I was traveling over the winter break. Out of habit, I tried to go to google.ca from a computer in France, and I got the same sort of weird error page.

The solution: go to http://www.google.com instead. It should re-reroute you automatically to google.ca, or whatever the local extension is.

At least that worked for me. If you're having trouble with IPs and DNSs, then such a simple solution probably won't work...

IPs and DNS are good... I tried what you suggested but didn't work.

Have you called SaskTel to ask what it could be?

i sent them an e-mail... If i call there i'll loose 30 minutes of my time.
