Since the "tattoo loaning" chat room seems to be quiet most of the time, is there a better way of finding people to borrow tats?
"If anyone wants to borrow my <insert level and tattoo type>, PM me"
Is fine in New Players, most likely carnage too but I'm not in there often enough to know if it's any different.
Just don't spam with it.
