pretty newb but its best to know now then never :P Does DX have any links to UC? or is the fact that "For example" a UC 50000 (40) = a weapon with similar stats of x40 +40? in the same fact, how much is ST reliant on UC?
like could my minion with stats:
hp 20 st 20 dx 20 with a UC of 60K (48) do much damage? or is ST all he needs? any1 a buff on Uc that can fill in some gaps?

it's just like a standard weapon. Enough pth on UC will make him actually hit sometimes without DX, but without str he's gonna be useless. Not to mention that evasion will ruin it. Best to train all three.
btw when my UC gets to (110) does it also mean he can get a chance to triple strike? equivalent to a x110 +110 wep right? :P

No one (besides Jon ;) knows for certain if a (40) UC actually equals a x40+40 weapon...
Tripple? 110?
You'd only need 50 to have a decent chance at a tripple. DX advantage (even if only Vs mages/enchanters) and +50 which would be 50% chance at a 3rd hit.

So UC would be [VBDxLevel]+(Level)? A UC of 8 is [VBDx8]+(8)?

yes
;)
In cb1 my uc char has a skill level of 75 and often hits triples. Strength let him hit harder as you'd expect. Dex seemed very important. In fact when I added items that gave dex like elven boots the uc skill level jumped up a point suggesting the uc skill was tied to dex in some way. Keep dex high and in melee you become very slippery ie. they can't touch you.
All skills (Eva, UC, Archery & BL) are modified by +/- Dex%.
