Katana forging formula (in General)

I've looked everywhere I know to look including the offsite forums and websites and I haven't been able to find a good formula for the + damage increase on the katana's.
I experimented with 70/25 and 70/22 and 75/25 for the to hit increase. 70/22 seemed to work the best altough I didn't keep the records of the rpm increases.
Anyone have a solid idea on the + times?

Katana. Damage 38. Common. 1 handed. Forge x[70,15] +[55,16]

Dunno if this also applies to the CB2 katana.

I would try the formula for the claymore from CB1. The Katana and Claymore seem to have traded places. (CB1)claymore x[100,22] +[82,25].

"for the + damage increase"

Do you want + or x? "damage" is x. + is to hit.

Try 80,25 for the +, or 100,22 for the x.

100/22 seems ok for the x damage, thnx. And yes I had my x and + mixed up.
