I tought that for item spawned ,only people who voted for it may vote. Thats seems wrong :
# $1,000 bid by Tribute (Tribute) on January 21 2005 10:35 AM EST
# $800 bid by Bolfen (Teter) on January 20 2005 12:32 PM EST
# $600 bid by Kashikis (The Barbaroi) on January 19 2005 2:11 PM EST
# $400 bid by Majestik Moose (HypnoToad) on January 19 2005 6:46 AM EST

that are bids for Steel Brigandine
It needs 2 votes to be spawned and there are already 4 people who voted
