ToE - ??? (in General)

How does it work?

I have a small ToE and if anything I'd guess that it works on a percentage of your PR/Damage done to you. But I've never been great with numbers so I haven't a clue about it's damage blocking abilities.

Can anyone either share some info on it or let me know where I can figure out exactly what it does?

How much clearer do you want it? ;)

I'd had a thought that it's damage reduction is actually unseen extra HP - seeing as the ToA adds to ST/DX. But it's only my own private theory. I like it so I'll stick to that! =)

My Lesser ToE at about level 5400 seems to block about 5% of incoming damage. But I'm not great with numbers either!

I know that it reduces damage, but I'm asking what relation to level is that.

Like AC blocks .21% per point sort of a thing.

It looks like it will remain a mystery for now.
