Specialize your minions better. splitting xp leaves you more vulnerable to AMF and DM. Addressing this point only would give you something like

AS
AMF + GA
FB
CoC

I'd suggest 1st off getting rid of the AS enchanter.

Get rid of UC, if you were to sell the GI you'd be able to afford a good bow, rent yourself a melee weapon, train archery and you'll do well.

Why? AS is very weak to DM which is a very popular spell, AS probably isn't too cost effective for you as it is but if it's hit by DM then it's even more wasted EXP, besides, if you're going to have a tank based strat, it's almost always best to use a single minion for a while.
UC is good but not if it's on a one minion team, it has been done before but especially for a newb I have to suggest just dealing damage quickly on a 1 minion character, without archery it's hard to do fight winning damage in 2-3 rounds and UC is never going to be as big as any character's weapon (assuminig they have half decent NW).
Also this frees you up to use a tat, I'd recomend getting a ToA sooner or later.
