Everyone gets a ToJ (in General)

I was thinking it would add a lot more diversity in strategy (or it wouldn't cause so much uniformity) if you gave a choice of tats to supporters.

As it is, nearly everyone above a certain level has a ToJ of varying power, and it limits the options. The choice of strats is what makes it interesting.

I can't answer for Jonathan about the tattoo suggestion however, I can tell you that if you think you found a bug the best bet is to ask an admin or other veteran player before posting.

About the tattoos...

Nearly everyone above a certain level has a ToJ because they're so common.

It's not like you can't get your hands on a rarer tat though, level the ToJ up a bit and trade it with someone for a rarer tat.

"it's not like you can't get your hands on a rarer tat though, level the ToJ up a bit and trade it with someone for a rarer tat."

That doesn't change change my complaint/suggestion. As it stands i've fought my way up the rankings by working out a strategy and picking people whom i can beat with that strategy. But now whatever strat i use must include the fact that i'm almost certainly going to be fighting a ToJ.

Re: the bug; It means i cant use the auction part of the game with FireFox, but i can with IE. I'm wondering if a mail to Jon or a forum post is better.

I'd post the bug in a forum. No need to bother Jon when there are plenty of people here willing to help. Especially since it's almost surely a bug with your computer, not Jon's code. I've have used Firefox without problem...

The thing about supporter items is that they only show up for supporters. If Jon was going to award a different item, it would be an otherwise unavailable item. As for the bug, it's probably your computer since (as I understand it) this game was programmed with Firefox in mind and IE is more of an afterthought.

Spoon, tell us your Operating System, what version of Firefox you're using and explain what problem you're having. I use Firefox almost exclusively and haven't had any problems with anything.

I've worked out the problem, Adblock was killing any auction pages presumably because they have the word "ad" in them :)

Does i block a site that has adventure in it? <snicker>
