Speed competition easy 20K up for grabs. (in Contests)

Very simple, I no longer have an animation program on this computer all I need is a very basic picture animation. The first one to supply it wins 20K. Here's what it must conform to :

1) Probably like 4 frames long, 3 of them just plain white (natural white) then one frame to simply be white but also have the word GORDON in red on it.

2) It must repeat endlessly.

3) It must be fairly small in pixel size, like 100 x 50 or so.

4) GORDON must be able to be read clearly.

5) To enter get it uploaded then post it on here so I can see it and just "file save as" it.

First one to do this gets the $.

Okay, thank you, but #1 its not a file ( I meant like a gif) and #2 its not really anywhere near 100x50 size :p
