CT Buying Character from 3Dots (in Public Record)

CT buying Fruit Basket from me in a 2 week payment plan. He pays 1/2 of xfee.
I have sent character and he has payed half already.
He is buying it for 400k.
He has not payed any of it and will be paying 50k a day, more if he can.
If he fails to pay 50k in one of the days he will just have to make it up the next day.
If it extends 2 weeks the price will raise to 425k.
Please confirm.
Tell me if I missed anything.
