why is my Ablative Shield: 14,722/18,841 (in General)

I have no armour on or anything that restricts magic; it is on my sister of Anguish minion, and I have tried to unequip everything, and still nothing happened. I was wondering why this was happening, and I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar problems with Ablative Shield.
