questions about multiple hits (in General)

1) Does the + on the weapon affect in any way the multiple hits?

2) How does the DX gap affect the multiple hits?

Each plus on a weapon gives you a 1% chance of an extra hit. If you get a +100 weapon, you get an extra hit (subject to things like evasion and DBs). If you get a +200 weapon, you get 2 extra hits.

DX will give you 0, 1, or 2 hits. If your DX is sufficiently higher than the opponent's, you might get 2 hits. If you have about the same DX, you'll hit most of the time but sometimes you'll miss. If your DX is smaller than your opponent's you will hit less often and if it's a really big difference you may never hit.

Yes they can, up to 3 hits per round (possibly more, not sure but 3 hits is certainly possible).

Used to be able to reach hexa-hit haha.. well back when IA is around anyway

But more than 3 hits are possible, as long as you have the dough :)

You can get 2 hits via DX and unlimited via the plus on a weapon. If you get a +1000 weapon, you'll get 10 extra hits. (Odds are that something would get nerfed before that actually happened, but if someone won the lottery...)

Almuric, you must be kidding. +1000 weapon? That requires at least totall CB1+CB2 NW together to get enough money for blacksmith. Or just take a few hundred year to forge.
