Spydah instructed to bid up to 1.5 mil for the item. He gave cb2bank 600k down payment. The bid was successful at 1,522,500--cb2bank covered the 22,500 excess. Spydah's 100k deposit previosly to cb2bank is being applied to this transaction. There is also a 150k service charge for this deal.

Spydah owes cb2bank 950k. It will accrue at 1% per day of unpaid balance. cb2bank will loan Spydah the DBs untill the loan is paid, at no extra charge.If the loan is not paid in 1 month the DBs become the property of cb2bank and the loan is default.
