Suggestion (in General)

In spite of the fact that I'm probably going to get flamed for this I suggest using an e-bay like auction mechanism for auctions. Personally, I don't like the fact that someone can wait until the last minute and beat my bid - I just can't be logged on when I want to catch those last minute auction results.

I can see arguments for keeping it the way it is, but that is my preference, for what it is worth.

IIRC (and this is unlike ebay) any bid within the last 15 minutes of an auction resets the remaining time back to 15 minutes.
