Has it always been a policy for admins to get the characters of banned players and reset multi's?

Yes. I have to send the cash to Central Bank. Also, have to send the gear over. why?

Just curious, I didn't know if it was a new policy, and a way for tournaments to get funded again.:)

Sending them back to the banned player is optional after resetting them, but if not they should be retired.
