Multi Account (in Public Record)

Anomaly and Anomaly303 are the same person. He/'She has confirmed this fact. After messing up the first account He/She made another and has transferred a small amount of money between the 2 accounts.

Could a Admin look into this.

Exactly what I heard from him too.

Only thing I think needs to be added is that Anomaly (the account he says he wants deleted) has sent Anomaly303 a few one-sided transfers.

If he's "starting over" with a new account I doubt these transfers would be allowed, however I'll leave that to a full admin to decide.
