Eloren is making a runescape account for me that focuses on mining and smithing. That is all i want and he will do as much as he can. There really is no time limit. When i feel satisfied with the stats i will pay him in cb1. The price is not yet set since the stats, of course, are not done. I will post price later on.
If i forgot anything add it.
Please confirm.

We've decided on 15k cb1 per 1 mining level and 20k cb1 per 1 smithing level.
