Skye is borrowing 2 mil over 2 weeks at 10% per week, with the unpaid balance after 2 weeks accruing at 1% per day up to an additional 2 weeks. 200k of interest is due in 2 weeks. If the loan is not fully paid by 4 weeks the loan becomes default.
Skye is putting up a Corn for collateral to make this a secured loan. If the loan is not fully paid in 4 weeks the Corn become the property of CB2BANK.
