When this enchanment puts str/dex into the negetive do you get a bonus just like you had that much more str/dex then them?
Example: I have 100 str 200 dex Chains puts my opponent to -300str -300dx is it the same as if I had a 200/500 point advantage or does it stop when the stat hits 0?
0=lowest
-10mil DX vs 0 DX, you'll both have the same.
0 ST = Will do 0 damage and if you can't even lift your sword off the ground, I don't see how you can do much worse.

Was just thinking you could get extra hits if they had a super low dex
I think 0 is pretty super low. What do you want them to do, lie still and hold their breath?
