Would you mind giving a little more information as to why you want it transfered by an admin?

Unless I've missed something here I don't think transferring it just because someone can't afford the transfer fee is right (don't mean to be cruel, but if we do it for you then we get "but you did it for them, do it for me too!").

He sold the char to me, any fees, please take what you need
