Why are my spells fizzling? (in General)

Digital Ångel cast no spells, yet both of my ECs fizzle, whats up?

you are casting chains in conjunction with dispel magic. All spells cast upon your opponents are cancelled, even your chains and AMF.

why does it matter (" you are casting chains in conjunction with dispel magic"). It shouldnt be affecting me.

/me is still confused.

But if this is how it intentionally works; then is it self-defeating for me to continue pumping up EC in spite of my DM?

I gather the only reason my DM isn't also canceling out my Haste is b/c its being cast on me, right?

Weakens all enchantments cast on targets.

EC/AMF/DM are cast on your opponent's minions, not yours.
Therefore if DM's targets are also having your EC/AMF cast on them, those enchants will be weakened too.

And yeah, it's very rarely worth having DM and one or both of EC/AMF.

DM fizzles any spells cast on your opponent - your ec is cast on your opponent so you are killing it. You're wasting xp having both DM and EC. Time to make a choice!
