I have started a ToA & PR chart (user pic), and I want to use this post for feedback and to recruit volenteers for starting and providing data for a 2 minion/lvl 20 ToA, 3 minion/lvl 20 ToA, and 4 minion/lvl 20 ToA. Of course, we will be unable to do this without base ToAs :P.
