BA glitch? (in General)

am i the only here whos having problems with BA? mine doesn't seem to be rising..it's still at 0 and has been for an hour now...?

Did you miss a botcheck? If you did - either in store or fighting your ba won't go up until your ban is over.

I really wonder if there is some kind of glitch (see here) . I really didn't think I had failed a bot check but just assumed that I had. This additional thread from trigun makes me wonder even more, although it's prolly just a coincidence.
