problem to transfer a character (in General)

i want to transfer a char (naheulbeuk) to Holly but the system tells me : "You may not transfer Clan Characters. "

my active clan char is an other now

have someone a solution for me

Wait an hour or so and try again. Might be a cache problem.

I had a look at Naheulbeuk, and it said 'Fighting for clan...', so I updated it's stats and the 'Fighting for clan...' disappeared. Try transferring now.
