Yet Another small change to add (in General)

I would like to see the ability to send unequipped items to the blacksmith. At the moment I want to put some +'s on my MC and SC but I dont want to have to unequip my tattoo, equip them, re-equip my tattoo, log off then when I got off I get my items back, my tattoo knocked off and start losing battles. I'm really just lazy and dont want to transfer them to another char... blah blah...
