Ideas - Win Money (in Contests)

I need ideas on a site to make.

Like.... maybe a mystery site... with like "Find This on the internet, and Email it <Here> To earn (Game Money) To your profile.

And if anyone knows how to make a site based on "www.playaholics.com"'s Peanuts system. Like if you do this, you get <Sum> Money to your account, Please tell me.

If you know how to make a site with Log in things and even Emails for the site, would be awesome.

If you know a site that shows me all this stuff, please post it here.

If I use anyones ideas that are posted here. You will win some money, it might be 10k, but if its really helpful, maybe even 100k...

well, lol, i want ideas for a site.

Like a login..... a points system for an account....and a theme ish type thing for the site.

how about like a six-degrees-of-kevin-bacon-esque site. something where u have a site with some links on it, and from there you have to find a page with links, and make the longest chain of consecutive links back to the page. they have to be in browser links though. the largest circle wins.

or, an online scavenger hunt site. you posta list of items, and the person who wins the most, wins the prize. something like:
page with the most quotes on it
page with the most colorful picture
page with the most CB refrences
ect.
have a couple of those, a person posts a link to a page and total of <item you are looking for in page> and then people find better ones until the time limit runs out. the person with the higest # of items wins that category, the person who gets the most categories wins the grand prize.


rat race: you post something for them to find, person who finds it first gets the prize.

best idea: post a topic, person who comes up with the best idea or most insightful remark on it wins.

What you want to know is the HTML (or whatever language) you need to do some crazy crazy stuff. Logins, for one, and E-mail. Correct?

Myth told me about PhP Nuke where i will get login. And i will most likely use godaddy.com for the domain.
I need an idea... i was just thinking, maybe something like that darkthrone game, where you make like a clan or something, and you have to get the most players, and/or clicks / referals....
