This familiar healing bug is starting to bug me. (in General)

This bug has happened two times before, against Forg Killa!(named OSU Beaver at the time), and once against KM, and there were probably several others that I just didn't notice. In both earlier cases, many times when I would attack the char, it would be weakened, but then when I checked the battle logs, I didn't see any attack that would have weakened the char. Proteus was weakened before the first battle shown below, because his familiar isn't present at all, however, in the battle log clip below, there is no battle that would result in a weakened defender Proteus. The second play-by-play is a normal battle.

I haven't had a broken battle against Proteus for a while. Maybe it only happened because he was fighting.

Here again, HEPHAISTOS's battle logs don't show any battle that would leave him a weakened defender. But, there is a battle where he is lacking a familiar. And again, it happened while he was fighting. My last five battles against him were only three rounds each and gave crappy xp, this bug is really starting to get annoying.

I decided to see if I was the only one with this problem, so I looked through some battle logs and of the four farmers I found, three looked like the bug, and the fourth didn't have a tattoo.



Looking through Lord Nancho Cheese's battle logs, I see that nearly every time Falcon attacks, it lasts 3 or 4 rounds.

Since I started actively watching for this bug, I have noticed that it is able to be produced 100% of the time. It has occured every single time (when I had play-by-play on to notice) that I have hit someone in between their fights.

This is asking a lot, because you guys have already done a lot of research, but could Avoid put his ToJ all the way on back so that it remains alive between battles? Then see if it is there?

It is hard to tell if the ToJ is just not healing or is simply absent from some fights. To me, it looks like the "internal" and "external" views of a character are maybe not taking the ToJ into account. If I fight and my ToJ dies, it remains dead even if SOMEONE else attacks me. All the other minions are behaving correctly -- fully healed when someone else attacks. But since the ToJ is basically like equipment, maybe it is not following the rules properly?

This is all wild speculation -- this one is a puzzler.

Yes, this bug still exists.

Every single time that you fight someone with a ToJ (the only type I've tested) in between their challenges, they have no familiar.
