Bug: Multiple fight suspension error? (in General)

Had 18 BA, pressed enter to fight, got suspended for multiple fight submissions. Still had 18 BA left. How did I get suspended if I didn't even get one fight submitted?

ive gotten this numerous times. I dont know when exactly when but i think i just clicked "home" and then highlighted the person in my fightlist and hit enter and got the suspension...but its only 10 minutes, so it doesnt bother me too much.

I've had this before as well. I think this is what is happening.

On some fights previous, you got a "fighting too fast" message. Being an avid CBer, you kept fighting as normal. You then got another one, and then another one. The little troll who records the number of these infractions is keeping a running total for more than a few minutes.

You go get a glass of water, read some posts, or perhaps get up and stretch, then start fighting again. Your impressive keyboard skills earns you another infraction. This time, it was the one needed to earn you the ban.

At least that's my theory.

Here's what I think:

You fight and fight and fight. Eventually you fight to fast.

It does NOT work like this:

Load fight
load fight
load fight <-- oops, this ones too fast
load fight <--this one too
auto go to fight too fast page.

It works like this:

load fight
load fight
load fight <--- too fast
load fight <--- this one too
add note that next fight that would load, send "fighting too fast message" and suspend.

You go to load a fight. That fight NEVER ACTUALLY HAPPENS. Because you fought to fast before, but the server is letting you know now.

Great theories, but this was my first fight after a 10 minute, check-my-email break. And I got banned on that first fight, without subtracting from my available fights
