Possible bug in rentals? (in General)

I got a server error trying to add a rental. On the confirmation page the item showed up as "A Great Axe [56x13]&..." instead of "A Great Axe [56x13] (+10)". When I hit "Approve" I get a server error.

Yup, I can't rent out my ms right now, server error on the approve button.
