Jon doesn't usually do random things like this unless he feels it will be a worthwhile addition. If you can provide some reasoning as to why it should be in CB2, you might be able to convince him.

I was basically trying to make an anti-toj strat that wouldn't necessarily need another tattoo. i was gonna explain it but I can't really make it work well theoretically or practically until I could run some trials with it and whatnot, since I'm not really all that experienced in the use of CF.
EC should work quite well on TJKs, since they don't train much ST
It doesn't quite work as well for mage teams though, because they practically no st to begin with, so unless you reduce it by all it doesn't make enough of a difference.
