ToJ/PR question (in General)

This may be a stupid question I'm not sure...

I have a level 40k ToJ on my character Leaf which currently has a PR of about 8k. If I continue fighting with the ToJ on Leaf, will Leaf eventually grow enough to offset the new reward penalty, or am I going to have to train without a ToJ for a while to catch up?

As I said this may be a stupid question, but I never really paid much attention to to tattoo growth so I'm not positive how it works.

You would catch up eventually, but it will take a long time. You're probably better off passing up your tattoo before starting to use it.

or you could just fight near your virtual PR and not worry about it.
