Does anyone know the difference between the rate a lesser tattoo and a regular tattoo levels? I have a LToF at 39000, and a ToF at 20. Can the ToF outrun the LToF over time or is it better at this point to stick with the higher level lesser?

The ToF will overcome the LToF quite quickly.
