At around 10:30pm server time I had a clan score of over 3.3K. I logged in a few hours later to find my score had dropped by over a thousand. Yet, when I checked my battle log, I had not been attacked very many times while logged off. Can someone please explain how this could occur?
Clan score lasts 24 hours, most likely you scored those thousand points in that hour yesterday.

So, the score is a 24 hour rolling value, not a summed rank of battles fought while a clan member? That would make sense then.
