I'm used to BA refresh being dictated by my highest PR character, but when I was playing with my farm I think I got a 10 BA refresh cycle instead of an 8 BA refresh as I'm used to (no characters retired). Has there been a change to refresh BA based on the main character by usage instead of highest PR or am I just missing something?

Nobody ever said I was the brightest bulb in the game. Thanks, Jon. And BTW thanks for all your changes to the game - a good balance, since you seem to tick off around 1/2 the game population each time.
