Fireball/Minion bug (in General)

I have noticed that in combat once melee rounds start my fireballs hit my own familiar as well as the enemy's minions if I am the one that initiated the fight. It doesn't seem that this happens to the people I am attacking, their fireballs seem to only hit my minions/familiar. I am not 100% positive on that side as I had a hard time finding someone with a minion and fireball that I could take to melee with my minions alive and their familiar and fireball caster alive. At any rate the first part of it (where my fireball hits my own familiar in melee rounds) is 100% repeatable and should be easy to show... Perhaps this is true for CoC too, however I don't have it to test... anyway, please look into this.
