Idea: Cursed/Cursing weapons (in General)

I have a couple spins on this, sorry if this has been thought up before, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't.

Simple spin: A few new weapons. Would be based kind of how the bth/els is same as morg/BoNE. The idea is, it would simply have a more powerful base damage, but it would kind of be like an opposite VA. You hit the guy, and you recieve a % back of the damage you dealt. Like, maybe (1/10 of variable x)% with a base of 1% (Ex. a x90 this weapon would return 10% of damage dealt) and it would also add a constant .4 (or whatever) BL.

More complex and fun spin: The ability to curse any weapon in the black smith. (would cost game money) Would increase damage, but one could also pick a skill (i'm kinda iffy on that, bl is the only one that seems appropriate... skill could also be determined by the type of weapon.) and the level of the curse. say, a 1-4 sliding scale. 4 making the skill .4 and a 1 making the skill .1. also base increase would be 1/4 as large and damage returned would be 1/4 as much. Also: could only be done to named items, cause it seems like a totally special ability and it seems appropriate as well as giving an incentive to name items. They also could be undone for a fee and would run out when the naming does.

Some kinks (I'm mainly wondering how va would play in to this) need to be worked out with this idea, but this is the best I can think this up atm. It could also work with armor some how, but I can't really think of anything.
