Idea - chatmail forum alerts? (in General)

I check my CB e-mail less often than I play CB, so the e-mail alert is not very handy. A chatmail alert would be handy - is the code easy enough to repurpose to choose between e-mail and chatmail alerts?

I'd second that. Chatmails are far more convenient than a long series of emails filling up a person's inbox.

Good idea on feeds - Firefox supports them natively as does My Yahoo. But how do I customize them for specific searches?

You need to install an extension for aggregating the RSS feeds. Here's the link to a popular one called Sage

I have a list of a couple hundred feeds, so I use a more powerful standalone app called RSS Bandit It works great and its free.
