All money that I fine here will be sitting on Chuckles Admin until a full admin either decides that this is certainly a multi, in which case I'll send the money to Central Bank, if it's not a multi, I'll send the money back to Zach.

Same IP transfers between Zach/-(BountyHunter)-Assassin
Totalling 720k in one sided transfers to Zach.
Fined 241k just to put him to 0.

Was only a character transfer that messed things up.
