I think an unarmed fighter should be able to use a CoBF (in General)

Not many Unarmed fighters. Gi and unarmed gaunts sell for cheap. Why not make the CoBF so it does not cancel unarmed skill? Would that really be a bad thing? Mages can have one I think unarmed fighters should to.

How can mages have one?

the cloak doesnt negate the use of DD spells like it does skills

think of it as just another one of the many reasons not to use UC...

but thats such a wrong way of thinking...UC is a VERY powerful skill...it just needs to be used correctly

Well id a mage can use a DD spell with it... Why not Unarmed skill? Maybe more people would start to use it?

An UC minion is supposed to be cheap, of course allowing the use of a CoBF makes it stronger but it kills part of the strategy behind it. Put it on a 4 minion team and it allows you to have a second tank with good weapons without the need to have an insane NW.

Kills part of a strategy and starts more. If you want a cheap minion to save cash you make a mage right? Well lets say you don't like magic you want to fight up close but still want to save cash. Well unarmed is great then but just like a mage you can maybe buy a few items to help out. For a mage maybe you can save up for a corn or MCM. For an unarmed fighter you could save up for a cloak, Gi, and Helms. It really doesn't make Unarmed skill super powered. You still have to deal with the people with more Real $ than you that have Elven bows x60 +60 and huge swords x50 +50. It's not that big of a deal just a thought. I can see Archery and a Balrog as to strong. But unarmed?
