Why does my forum Avatar not change when i changed it in settings? (in Off-topic)

I have changed my picture in my settings and it shows that i have , yet it does not appear as my avatar , but when u click my avatar it shiws what it should be. why is this?

Cache Flush has nothing to do with it. Your browser thinks it's still the old image. Right click on the frame, and select reload/refresh frame.
