Skye selling Loans to Boo (in Public Record)

I am selling the following loans to Boo:
2.53 million loan at 10% intrest per week, (Salt3d) [financing on a cobf]
.5 million loan at 10% intrest per week , (B-rad_ [Financing on a ToS]
boo, will be holding to the same agreements that we (myself and the above)
The items being financed will be sent to Boo, when the loan is up if they are not paid off by the end of the loan, where he will rent them to you.

I think he meant loan the items again for the duration of the loan period.

My question was about the use of the word 'rent', as opposed to loan. Boo's response satisfied me on that front.
