I'm looking for more of a site.. where you join up for free, and you maybe refer other people to join up, and as you refer one person you get 1$ or if i click on an advertisment i make 1$, something like that.

Ever heard of look-look? It's not exactly what you described, but basically all you do is fill out surveys every once and a while and you get 5 bucks. I like it, pays for a free meal sometimes.

Don't bother with clicking on ads type of money making. Believe me I tried it, signed up to around 600+ sites, most of them make money off of people doing clicking but never pay their "workers". Ofcourse people that pay them to do this still get money out of it from having people visit their sites.
